Where We Ship We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier service.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and do not include customs clearance time.

Duties & Taxes For international orders, applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — you won't owe anything additional upon delivery.

Carriers & Tracking We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and selected service. All orders include a tracking number sent to your email.

Digital Downloads Digital files (STL files, print-ready templates, etc.) are delivered electronically via download link — no shipping applies. Download links are sent to your email immediately after purchase.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@foxheadworkshop.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Returned Shipments If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed customs, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
