About Our Prints
All Foxhead Workshop parts are designed, produced, and shipped from the United States. Each listing specifies exactly which piece you are purchasing — please review the photos carefully to confirm style and orientation before checkout. If you need two of the same part, be sure to select the correct quantity. Some items may offer a mirrored orientation option for left and right sides; when ordering multiples, please add each piece separately so you can select the orientation you want.
The images shown may include digital renders or example builds to give you an idea of the finished look. The physical items you receive will be raw 3D prints. Filament colors may vary (typically grey, black, or white), and no two prints will be identical.
Sizing and Fit
All sizes are approximate. Due to the nature of 3D printing, a variance of up to 3% in dimensions is possible. Sizing is provided in straight-line measurements (width and length) at the widest points. If you require custom sizing, please contact us before placing an order so we can discuss options. For best results, measure while wearing the underlayers you plan to use (such as a flak vest or flight suit) and have someone assist you.
Because every builder’s body shape and costume setup is different, additional padding, strapping, or attachment methods may be required. These are not included with the prints.
Surface Finish and Post-Processing
Parts are supplied unfinished — they are not sanded, smoothed, or painted. Like all 3D prints, they may show layer lines, small seams, or minor artifacts. Post-processing is expected and required if you want a smooth, screen-ready surface. You may sand, prime, fill, or paint your parts using the methods you prefer. Production and Lead Times
Each piece is made-to-order. Processing times are listed in the shop and may change depending on demand. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Policies and Support
All shipments are insured. If your package arrives damaged, do not throw anything away. Keep the box, packing materials, and all parts exactly as received, and contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
Because these items are made-to-order, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. If you have concerns about sizing, orientation, or customization, please reach out before ordering so we can help ensure you get the right piece.
